POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Back of House Department as a Back of House Steward (Kitchen Porter).

Our Back of House Steward is responsible for cleaning, operating, and maintaining all back of house and kitchen areas, sections, equipment, floors, walls, drains, and surfaces. They should have the knowledge to use equipment and chemicals with safety and care and ensure at all times to operate according to the correct principles of Kitchen Safety and Hygiene.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience is desirable
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Conversational command of the English language
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
