Job summary

Jamie’s Italian UK, operated with Brava Hospitality in partnership with the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, is building a Back of House team at Irving Street in London. We’re hiring Chefs at all levels and Kitchen Porters to join a fast-paced, supportive kitchen where quality and teamwork matter.

Full training is provided, with progression from Kitchen Porter to Chef where possible, and a focus on high hygiene standards, effective prep, and great teamwork to deliver consistent, quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience welcome but not essential.
• Full training provided and progression from Kitchen Porter to Chef where possible.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards (Chef roles).
• Supporting food prep, washing up, and cleanliness (Kitchen Porter roles).
• Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards.
• Working as part of a close‑knit kitchen team during service.
• Following recipes, specs, and kitchen procedures.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Supporting a positive, respectful kitchen culture.
