Job summary

swim! is hiring Baby Swimming Teachers to plan, deliver and review high quality 0-3 learn to swim lessons across our centres in the UK.

You will create themed, fun, and safe sessions with excellent customer care and premium facilities, helping children learn to swim and families enjoy memorable experiences. You'll work with the team to deliver in-water lessons, use technology to track progress, attend training, and participate in regular meetings to share best practice and drive growth of our

• Willing to work towards Swimming Teacher and Baby Swimming Teacher Qualifications with fully funded training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun and inspiring lessons to 0-3 year olds using swim! teaching resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member.
• Assess swimmers using an online tracking system and follow awards progress.
• Deliver the swim! experience, show round the centre, drive memberships, attend team meetings.
• Deliver lifeguard duties and support the venue team (training provided).

We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Baby Swimming Teachers and join our industry leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.

Your primary role will be to plan, deliver and review the highest quality, themed, fun and safe learn to swim lessons for 0-3 years with excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities and changing lives through giving every child opportunity to learn to swim.

As part of your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons in the water, use technology to support and engage customers as well as working as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This will include customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practice and learn from each other.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver fun and inspiring lessons to 0-3 year olds and their buddies using swim!teaching resources
• Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member
• Assess swimmers on an ongoing basis using an online tracking system and follow our awards process and celebrations when swimmers progress through theirswim! journey
• Deliver theswim!experience to include showing customers round the centre, driving memberships and attending regular meetings with theswim!team to share best practice
• To deliver lifeguard duties and support the venue team as and when required (training provided)

Person Specification

• Willing to work towards Swimming Teacher and Baby Swimming Teacher Qualifications - Fully funded training and qualifications provided (existing qualifications are a bonus!)
