Job summary

Footprints Child Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated practitioner for our busy baby room, caring for babies from birth to two years. You’ll work full-time, with shifts between 7.30am and 6.00pm across up to 51 weeks per year, and 28 days of holiday including bank holidays. Training is provided, and enhanced DBS clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with babies birth to 2 years
• Willingness to engage in CPD and training
• Enhanced DBS and safeguarding training provided in advance of recruitment
• Ability to obtain an enhanced disclosure and DBS update service

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care for babies from birth to 2 years
• Support babies’ growth and development in a nurturing environment
• Collaborate with a busy team to deliver EYFS principles
• Complete mandatory training such as First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding
