Qualifications

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• As a keyworker, you will ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most of all…have FUN!

*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse in Baby Room/0-2's*
