Job description

We are working with a lovely nursery in Winchester that is looking for a Baby Room Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, with a salary ranging from £25,400 to £26,520 per annum.

The nursery is seeking a Level 3 or above qualified childcarer with experience working with babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of following individual routines and meeting each child's needs. Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with families and help settle babies into the nursery.

As a Room Leader, you will need to be capable of training, motivating, and leading your team, with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

The role involves working as part of the management team to develop the nursery further and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to children.
