Baby Room Leader - SE24 - £24,000-£28,000 PA

What we need from you:
Recent experience as a baby room leader.NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education or equivalent.Knowledge of First Aid procedures and ideally Pediatric First Aid qualification.Experience in implementing quality learning opportunities.Ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and children. Commitment to safeguarding children.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and respect children's needs.Your duties will include:
- Working under the Nursery Manager, playing a vital role in the nursery.
- Leading the organization of the baby room with recent experience working with babies and knowledge of the Early Years framework.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure high standards of care and learning, monitoring and reviewing provision.
- Providing a safe, caring environment for children's development through individual and group activities.
- Building partnerships with parents/carers to involve them in their child's development.
