Job summary

RGS Worcester is recruiting a Baby Room Leader for our Worcester nursery. You will take ownership of the Baby Room's daily running and ensure a warm, home-from-home environment for babies aged 0-12 months.

You will lead a dedicated team of practitioners, coordinate care plans and development activities, and help the setting maintain its high standards. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with a start target of Sep/Oct 2026 and a pay of £15.63 per hour.

Job description

RGS Springfield is a warm and nurturing Nursery, where children feel at home from the moment they arrive. Based in a beautiful Georgian house, our Nursery provides a homely and caring environment where babies and young children can grow, explore and develop at their own pace. Due to continued expansion RGS Springfield is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly organised Baby Room Leader to lead our youngest nursery setting. In this role, you will take ownership of the daily running of the Baby Room caring for up to 12 babies at a time while leading a dedicated team of practitioners. If you excel at multitasking, possess a deep understanding of infant development, and pride yourself on creating a warm, home-from-home environment, we would love to welcome you to our team.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, over four days on a full year basis with £15.63 per hour. We are currently working towards a start date of September or October 2026 subject to the needs of the setting.
