We're currently seeking a committed Baby Room Leader to join a well-regarded nursery, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, located in CB21. Nestled in the picturesque village of Great Wilbraham, just seven miles (11 km) east of Cambridge, this nursery offers a serene rural setting with convenient access to the A14 and A11. While public transport to the nursery is limited, having a driver's license is advantageous.
Established in 2001, this nursery provides a welcoming and intimate environment, with a home from home feel. Here, our youngest community members receive nurturing care, are valued, and are encouraged to develop at their own pace.

What we need from you:
•Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
•Experience in a nursery setting 1 year +

Your duties will include:
•Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
•Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas.
•Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones.
•Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child.
•Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed.
•Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment on a day-to-day basis.
