Position: BA Cross Functional – 12th May to 14th Nov – Stevenage - £550 Umbrella

The CIO function operates within the technology space, providing innovative, robust, cost-effective business solutions across the Group aligned with corporate goals and strategy. As a Business Process & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining industry-leading business solutions. Your focus will be on leveraging technology, processes, and systems to understand business needs and develop solutions that improve operational and commercial performance, as well as enhance quality and safety across the workforce.

Specialism: Oracle, asset management and scheduling, SCM, health and safety, contract and client management

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and develop business requirements; determine appropriate solution options in partnership with solution architects.
  2. Proactively share and promote the solutions delivered.
  3. Provide effective hyper-care support for all solutions.
  4. Maintain effective governance across internal processes.
  5. Identify and evaluate technologies aligned with business goals and strategy.
  6. Conduct impact assessments for process and system changes.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve service, quality, safety, and profitability through process and system improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
  9. Communicate regularly with all levels of business stakeholders.
  10. Understand business needs, contract challenges, and how to deliver benefits.
  11. Seek relevant innovations applicable to the Capital Delivery sector.
  12. Establish a strong innovation dynamic with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Collaborate with in-house and outsourced IT management to develop systems, deploy solutions, and build interfaces.
  14. Represent the CIO function at client and contract meetings, ensuring collaborative approaches.
  15. Liaise with clients and partners on joint initiatives and represent the company as required.
