The role:

Finance Business Partner - Planning & Financial Reporting

Join the Finance team at BA Euroflyer, based at London Gatwick, where you'll play a key role in shaping the airline's financial future. This is a fun, dynamic, and proactive team-leading innovation and best practice across BA Group Finance. We operate in a fast-paced, evolving, and rapidly growing environment, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial strength across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the 3-5-year business planning process and produce strategic financial reporting.
  • Partner with IAG Fuel and Euroflyer leadership to manage forecasts and provide financial insight.
  • Build financial models and conduct competitor analysis to support decision-making.
  • Promote finance governance and deliver financial education across the business.
  • Improve financial processes, manage balance sheet and cashflow forecasts.
  • Deliver statutory accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business continuity and contribute to ad-hoc projects and reporting.
What you'll bring to British Airways:
  • Lead the 3-5-year business planning process and produce strategic financial reporting.
  • Partner with IAG Fuel and Euroflyer leadership to manage forecasts and provide financial insight.

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a degree qualification.
  • Experience in financial planning, modelling, and statutory reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to deliver change and add value in complex environments.
