The role:

Finance Business Partner - Planning & Financial Reporting

Join the Finance team at BA Euroflyer, based at London Gatwick, where you'll shape the airline's financial future. Be part of a dynamic, proactive team leading innovation and best practices across BA Group Finance. We operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining financial strength.

What you'll do:

• Lead the 3-5-year business planning process and produce strategic financial reports.
• Partner with IAG Fuel and Euroflyer leadership to manage forecasts and provide financial insights.
• Build financial models and conduct competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Promote financial governance and deliver financial education across the business.
• Improve financial processes, manage balance sheet and cash flow forecasts.
• Deliver statutory accounts ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Support business continuity and contribute to ad-hoc projects and reporting.

What you'll bring to British Airways:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a degree qualification.
• Experience in financial planning, modelling, and statutory reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
• Proven ability to deliver change and add value in complex environments.
