Job Summary

Guildford Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse (CPN) to join our team.

As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will deliver comprehensive assessments and a variety of approaches, interventions, and treatments to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, supporting them in their personal recovery journey.

Main duties of the job

You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
