We are looking to recruit a positive, enthusiastic and proactive Speech and Language Therapist or soon to be qualified Speech Language Therapist with a commitment to collaborative working. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established band 5 rotation scheme delivering safe, personal and effective care to adults with communication, voice and swallowing disorders in hospital and community settings.
Working alongside highly specialist Speech and Language Therapists in various teams, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete their NQP goals and dysphagia competencies to work independently in different clinical areas based on their interests and service needs.
We have a Clinical Practice Educator SLT to support and develop our Band 5s through their preceptorship year and beyond.
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, initiative, and effective teamwork. The role is suitable for those looking to develop skills in assessment and treatment for adults with communication, voice, and swallowing difficulties across various settings. It offers a 6-month rotation across community and hospital settings within the Pennine Lancashire area.
