Position Details
  • Location: Dorset (Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch)
  • Type: Permanent in Poole, Fixed-term in Bournemouth West (3 days/week, 22.5 hours)
Role Overview

We are seeking registered, qualified Counsellors to join our urban team. The successful candidates will work with a motivated, professional team, providing digital, telephone, face-to-face, and occasional home visits. Group facilitation and excellent IT and communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work one evening per week is required.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Recognised Diploma in Counselling
  • Registered with BACP
  • Working towards Accreditation
  • Experience in NHS mental health or IAPT settings is highly desirable
Training & Development

All successful applicants for the permanent position will be expected to train in one of the following NICE-approved modalities: IPT, DIT, PCE CfD, or Couples Therapy for Depression.
