Role: B5/6/7 Mental Health Practitioner x 3

Team: B&D ACCESS and ASSESSMENT

Location: Barking

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

1. Assessment and intervention for mental health cases
2. Administration of medication and follow-up appointments
3. Problem solving and solution-focused approaches
4. Attending clinics and conducting risk assessments and planning
5. Monitoring mental state and discussing problems within the team

Skills Required:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong mental health assessment skills
3. Experience with risk assessment and monitoring
4. RiO training and experience in its use
5. Previous community mental health team work
6. Positive working attitude
