A leading healthcare provider in Surrey is seeking a full-time Administrator for the Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. An opportunity for a permanent Full-time Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a conscientious and reliable person to work as a Team Administrator at Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service.
The post holder will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative and secretarial service to the multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and experience in a busy office environment. We seek a person who is hardworking, flexible, and able to prioritise their work.
The role includes general office duties such as inputting patient details into the electronic record system (SystmOne), supporting clinical staff, filing, photocopying, sorting post, scanning and uploading documents, liaising with patients, GPs, and medics, managing stationery and clinical supplies, taking meeting notes, handling enquiries via email, letter, and telephone, and typing letters. The successful candidate will possess excellent clerical and typing skills and be able to communicate effectively with both patients and staff.
