Job Summary

An opportunity for a permanent Full-time Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are seeking a conscientious and reliable person to work as a Team Administrator at Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service.

The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and experience in a busy office environment. We value hardworking, flexible individuals who can prioritise effectively.

Main Duties
  • Receive and process referrals.
  • Process discharge paperwork and update the system accordingly.
  • Type all team letters.
  • Book appointments and update case notes on the patient record system.
  • Take minutes at team meetings and transcribe accurately.
  • Answer calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Perform general admin tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, printing, and laminating.
  • Support team members in setting up meeting rooms and checking/booking rooms.
  • Manage emails and monitor purchase requisitions for supplies and services.
  • Arrange clinic appointments.
