An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Booking Coordinators (Outpatient and Inpatient) to join the Cardiology Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy challenges and are proactive in their approach.
The successful candidates will be required to maintain high accuracy standards, possess excellent organisational skills, and demonstrate initiative in managing their workload.
Ideal candidates should have a friendly, proactive attitude, previous administrative experience, and strong communication skills. They should meet the main duties outlined in the job description.
Applicants should have a good standard of English and Maths, and ideally possess knowledge of medical terminology. Proficiency in MS Office and other IT systems is essential.
Both positions are full-time (37.5 hours) and are permanent.
