Contract Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, plus £5,000 guaranteed commission in your first few months.

We are partnering with a well-established, fast-growing business energy broker in Leicester, specialising in commercial gas and electricity procurement, renewable energy solutions, and carbon reduction strategies. As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will help businesses access competitive energy rates, save money, and support the UK's transition to a low-carbon future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients as their trusted business energy consultant.
  • Make outbound calls (approx. 100-120 daily) to UK businesses to understand their energy procurement requirements.
  • Present tailored gas, electricity, and renewable energy solutions to help clients reduce bills and cut carbon emissions.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Use the company CRM to accurately record activity, sales pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven background in B2B telesales, business development, or lead generation - ideally in energy sales, utilities, telecoms, or commercial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Full-time, permanent role.
  • Office-based in central Leicester.
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM.
