In this role, you will primarily be responsible for acquiring business customers within the B2B space. This high-activity role focuses on identifying small business prospects (lead generation) from a nominated territory and converting them into customers.
Prospect generation will involve engaging directly with small businesses through field acquisition, calls, and emails. At Hyperoptic, we're not just about selling broadband; we're revolutionizing connectivity across the UK. You'll play a key role in our mission to deliver lightning-fast fibre connectivity!
Your Mission:
- Trailblazing: Scout target sites and engage directly with business owners to usher in a new era of connectivity.
- Pipeline Prodigy: Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline, consistently achieving and surpassing quarterly targets.
- Relationship Architect: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative Maven: Work with internal teams and leverage relationships to ensure seamless deployment of sites.
- Sales Maestro: Drive business growth by identifying and seizing new sales opportunities, translating them into increased connections and revenue.
What we are looking for:
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're eager to own your career and drive it forward.
- Sales Savvy: You understand the sales process and have a natural talent for building rapport.
- Communication Ace: Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Telecom Enthusiast: Prior experience in telecommunications is a plus but not essential.
