Job summary

Bridgewater UK in Bath is seeking a Sales & Business Trainee to kickstart a career in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll rotate across areas, work with customers and build the commercial skills needed to progress into a customer-focused sales role.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, take on more responsibility and move toward sales, account management and business development. Full-time with structured training and progression.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career.
• Confident communicators who enjoy meeting and talking to people.
• Interested in sales, business and commercial development.
• In possession of a full UK driving licence and ready to start a full-time role immediately.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across operations, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration and marketing.
• Develop detailed knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry and product range.
• Work directly with trade customers, including electricians, contractors and tradespeople.
• Build your confidence in sales, communication and relationship management.
• Gain experience in internal sales and account management.
• Learn how to identify opportunities, develop accounts and win new business.
• Receive ongoing training, mentoring and guidance as you develop your skills.
