Overview

B2B Recruitment Sales Executive. We are working with the Business Development / Recruitment arm of our well established client to bring in 2 new Recruitment Sales Execs to their business. Based in amazing new offices near Wakefield, with excellent transport links or free parking, this is a role open to all West / South Yorkshire based sales professionals.

Role and environment

It is a brilliant opportunity for a sales driven candidate to move into the world of Apprenticeship recruitment, a buoyant marketplace where earnings (on top of basic) are uncapped. You will receive full training, development and ongoing support, joining a motivated, successful team already in place. Responsibilities

This is primarily a phone-based role, speaking to Hiring Managers, Managers and Team Leaders in the chosen sector. You may work with new prospects, existing clients, or people drawn from your own sales pipeline. You will promote the company, its brand and your apprenticeships, identify vacancies for the internal recruitment team to fill, and engage with Decision Makers within a niche sector for a strong brand.

Team and culture

You will be working within the Business Development Team, which is settled, supportive, and offers opportunities for bonuses.

Compensation and working hours

Basic salary: £25k with a realistic OTE of around £35k (uncapped). Current executives are earning more. Working hours are 9–5, Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings. Holiday entitlement starts at 26 days (plus bank holidays) and increases to 30 days. A range of other benefits exists and can be discussed at interview.

Qualifications and ideal background

Please apply if you have a sales background—telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment making, or even direct F2F sales. You could also come from a retail or call centre background with an interest in education and strong communication skills, and be eager to move away from weekends and evenings. What is essential is motivation to make calls and earn money.
