Job summary

Ecotricity is seeking an experienced B2B Quality Assurance Manager to shape and evolve our quality assurance approach across the B2B business. You will drive regulatory compliance, customer outcomes and continuous improvement, working with Operations, Governance and Change teams.

Based in the Stroud area with weekly office presence, this 14-month contract offers leadership of a small QA team and a chance to embed standards, scorecards and assurance processes across key processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance within a complex organisation
• Experience leading teams with high performance
• Strong understanding of QA frameworks and processes
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into clear insights and actions
• Experience in a B2B environment and regulated industry (energy/utilities)

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the B2B Quality Assurance framework.
• Define and maintain quality standards, scorecards and assurance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities for key B2B processes.
• Lead QA activity across B2B operations with fair, evidence-based assessments.
• Produce insights, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing QA team.
