About Sussex Pathology (trading as One Day Tests)
We are a fully integrated private blood blood testing scale-up. We make and sell our own home testing kits, we also have our own clinic network (we currently have 24 locations) staffed by our own phlebotomists and we test blood samples in our own state of the art laboratory.We sell over 200 different tests covering a wide range of categories including men’s and women’s health, hormones, general health MOTs, sports and fitness, fertility, wellness and nutrition.
Having only launched at the beginning of 2023,we have proven to be a real market disruptor, and are already one of the leading private blood testing providers in the ‘direct to consumer’ space. - and have now completed over one million tests.Our commitment to providing our customers with competitive prices,fast turnaround times, reliable results, convenience and an all roundexcellentservice has fuelled our exponential growth, with no signs of slowing down.
We are now entering a new phase of exciting growth - by expanding our services beyond blood testing to offering health care solutions. We began this expansionby launching our own Online GP consultation service at the end of last year which has been hugely successful. We are now planning to expand further into other areas including, for example, weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy. We plan to become one of the leading end to end private healthcare providers across these and other service lines in the UK
Our B2B service offering
While our main business to date has been direct to consumer, over the last year and a half we have developed a fantastic B2B partnership service offering (covering both blood testing and sample collection services) for business across multiple market segments, including (but not limited to) private GPs, aesthetic clinics, hair loss specialists, nutritionists and many more.We now have a large number of partners using our services and a very healthy pipeline of partners wanting to work with us.
Person specification and key duties:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious B2B partnerships manager to manage,build and scale our B2B partnerships.This a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career in a dynamic start up with huge potential to make a significant and direct impact on revenue and growth.
This role will report directly to the Commercial Director and the key duties and responsibilities will include:

Salary: From £50k per annum (depending on experience)
Working arrangements:Hybrid working - you would be required to work 2 days per week at our head office in Crawley (where our laboratory is located) at least 1-2 days a week in central London.
