I’m excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager to lead the in-house marketing for a forward-thinking digital agency that specialises in SEO, Digital PR, and Paid Media.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of how the agency showcases its expertise, grows its audience, and positions itself as a thought leader in search marketing. If you’re both strategic and hands-on and love creating content that gets noticed, drives traffic, and wins coverage, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities
  • Owning content & website strategy – from quick wins to big hero campaigns
  • Managing LinkedIn, X, and Facebook presence
  • Driving PR & thought leadership – podcasts, press coverage, reports
  • Running Facebook ad campaigns + working with email marketing partners
  • Supporting new business with slick decks and reports
  • Reporting monthly on activity, performance & impact
Qualifications
  • Proven marketing experience (agency/B2B background a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing & social media
  • Experience in digital PR, paid campaigns & community engagement
