Build the marketing function. Shape the brand. Help scale the business.
We're partnering with a fast-growing Manchester-based advisory and technology business to appoint its first dedicated Marketing Manager.
The company supports organisations through complex technology, AI, digital and business transformation, combining experienced consultancy with an increasingly technology-enabled approach. Having established a strong client base and grown to around £1m turnover, the business is now entering its next stage of development.
This is where you come in.
Rather than inheriting an established marketing function, you'll have the opportunity to build one. Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you'll shape the brand, increase market visibility, develop lead generation and create the marketing capability needed to support ambitious growth.
This is a broad, hands-on B2B marketing position spanning strategy and delivery. You'll:
We're looking for an ambitious B2B marketer who enjoys building rather than simply maintaining.
You'll ideally bring experience from professional services, consulting, technology, SaaS or another complex B2B environment, together with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.
You'll be commercially minded, strong on content and digital marketing, and capable of turning complex propositions into clear, compelling messaging. An interest in AI, automation and emerging marketing technology would be particularly relevant.
What makes this opportunity different is the level of ownership.
You'll have direct access to the founders, freedom to shape the marketing agenda and the opportunity to build a function around you as the company grows. Longer term, there is also the opportunity to help take an emerging technology proposition to market and potentially develop a broader marketing team.
