The Role

This is a hands-on paid media, and design marketing role focused on lead generation and brand development. The successful candidate will own and execute a full range of marketing activities including paid digital campaigns and design - aimed at attracting businesses interested in reducing and off-setting their carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on manage paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Design and create marketing assets (digital and print) using Canva, Adobe or similar.
  • Drive SEO improvements through content strategy and technical optimisation.
  • Enhance website UI/UX and implement design changes.
  • Manage social media channels and develop brand-aligned digital content.
  • Contribute to wider brand positioning and business growth strategies.

Non-negotiable experience you need to have:

  • Proven track record in setting up and activating paid advertising across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Strong design and creative skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
  • Experience in website design and optimisation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO.
  • B2B industry experience
  • Based in London and able to commute to central London.
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Strong SEO experience (on-page and technical).
  • Passion for sustainability and the environment.
  • Motivation to work in a growing, early-stage business.
  • Eagerness to evolve into a key strategic team member.
