Role Overview
HIVED’s brand & marketing function is a lean team moving fast to build one of the biggest brands in the UK. With an exponential growth journey ahead of us, we are laser-focused on scaling our brand and positioning HIVED as a reliably better, refreshingly different parcel delivery service, as well as one of the top startups in the UK & Europe.
We are now looking to expand our team with the addition of a hands-on Marketing Manager, with a strong B2B lead generation background and 4-5 years of experience driving growth at high-velocity startups. If you know how to blend smart lead gen tactics with brand-building that earns trust and attention — this is for you.
This is a generalist role with a lead gen tilt: you’ll own and execute core demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, whilst helping to shape how our brand shows up to the market. You’ll work directly with the Head of Brand & Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales to build a pipeline and elevate our presence in the industry.
This role is based in our Shoreditch office (located near some of the best coffee and pastries in East London)and hybrid, with three days in person required per week.
