Friendsdeals is a paid membership club for people aged 50 and over. Our members pay £49 a year to unlock trusted, high value deals on dining, entertainment, wellness, learning, short breaks and more.

It’s a lifestyle club for people who want to enjoy more of life and who are willing to pay for access to quality experiences. We only feature businesses and experiences we’d recommend to our own friends and family. The members we attract don’t want clutter or clickbait. They want confidence, connection and real value.

We already have 20,000 paying members and we’ve barely started. We’re also the sister company of Potters Resorts, the UK’s leading provider of fully inclusive short breaks. So we’ve got a head start and momentum. Now we need someone to build the other side of the engine: the business network. That’s where you come in.

What This Role Is

This is not a warm pipeline, sales support, “sit and wait for leads” role.

This is about building something from scratch properly.

We’ve got the audience.

We’ve got the brand.

We’ve got the energy.

Now we need someone smart, brave and sharp to bring in the businesses. The experiences our members will love and book.

Restaurants. Spas. Attractions. Venues. Short breaks. Cookery schools. Beauty salons. Afternoon teas. Garden tours. Boat trips. Wine tastings. You get the idea.

If it makes life better, we want it in. And our members will want it too.

You’ll be the person who makes that happen.

Where We’re Starting

We’re launching our partner strategy with a laser focus on East Anglia especially Essex and Norfolk, where our member base is already strong.

You’ll start there. Build the playbook. Prove the value.

Then we’ll scale county by county, then nationwide.

And once you land the partnership, you hand it over, the B2C marketing team will promote the offer and drive traffic. You don’t have to do it all. Just make the connection.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver our B2B partner acquisition strategy.
  • Identify, contact and onboard high quality businesses our members will love.
  • Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Hubspot, Pipedrive or whatever actually gets results.
  • Write direct, honest outreach that sounds like a real person, not a marketing textbook.
  • Build automated flows that feel human and personal.
  • Partner with local business networks, send a handwritten note, drop in on events, create a TikTok, post a handshake, whatever it takes.
  • Work closely with the B2C Marketing Manager to bring partnerships to life.
  • Track the numbers, test new angles, ditch what’s not working, double down on what is.

Location: Remote/Hybrid — office days in Hopton On Sea, Norfolk, when needed

Type: Full Time

Salary: 50k plus bonus
