Talent Hub is working in partnership with an established UK wide brand. They are looking for an experienced commercially focused marketing manager with skills in digital marketing as well as the wider marketing mix, from B2B sectors.This is a strategic position, setting plans, analytics, commercial planning, digital, content and management of suppliers and people.
This is an office-based job, just outside Brighton. No hybrid of WFH is available for this role!!
For this B2B Marketing Manager you should have:
At least 5+ years of strategic marketing management experience in a B2B sector
Have a degree in marketing or equivalent business qualification
Proven skills in managing Digital, lead gen’, SEO, PPC and content
Experience in Strategic planning and delivery.
Managed people and external agencies, ensuring ROI
Responsibilities for this B2B Marketing Manager include:
Create and develop the Marketing Strategy and Plan, aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities.
Supporting the sales team engage prospects and convert opportunities more effectively.
Manage the digital performance, website and campaign across SEO, paid search and other digital channels, working with partners to grow traffic and improve visibility.
Plan and coordinate content and campaigns across email, paid, social and web, supporting product launches, sales priorities and brand visibility.
Own monthly performance reporting across all marketing activity, ensuring results are reviewed and improvements made.
Manage and support the Marketing team providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear priorities, and helping develop their skills in line with team goals.
