B2B Marketing Manager

Location Ferndown, Dorset

Hours 37½ hours a week, Monday – Friday between 8:30am & 5:30pm

Salary Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the role:

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to maximise online outreach within the B2B market, solidifying their status as one of the leading providers and excelling the marketing team to the next level. Leading by example the Marketing Manager will adopt a strong culture of exceptional attention to detail ensuring consistency within the delivery of all marketing drives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality content, directed towards the B2B Market.
  • Create case studies, blogs, social media posts and other content.
  • Upholding and maintaining the brand image and ethos throughout all media channels and campaigns.
  • Analyse data to recognise trends and insights to improve on marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to unlock the full marketing ability of the department, to assist in business sales growth.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high standards and high quality are presented at all times.
  • Represent the business and build brand awareness, generate leads and sales opportunities at trade events.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, email marketing, webinars and social media.

Skills required for the role:

  • History of working in a similar position within a Managed Service Provider setting would be desirable.
  • Strong communicator, across all levels, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively to build good working relationships.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and have a natural creative flair.
  • Proven ability to be a successful manager of a marketing team.
  • Commercially aware.
