Job summary

Reed Marketing & Creative is partnering with a leading B2B business to recruit an experienced Marketing Communications Manager in the United Kingdom. This role will own marketing communications activity, deliver engaging campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and support growth through storytelling and audience engagement.

The successful candidate will manage multi-channel campaigns across digital and print, translate technical information into customer-focused content, and mentor junior team

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing communications, content or integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM and campaign reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans that support marketing objectives.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and PR.
• Create engaging content including articles, newsletters, case studies, and customer communications.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Translate technical information into customer-focused content for stakeholders.
• Oversee social media activity and improve audience engagement and reach.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, report results, and propose improvements.
• Support marketing projects, timelines, and budgets for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and technical teams.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
