We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Account Manager to join our EMEA client services team. Based in London, with hybrid working options, reporting to one of our Senior Account Directors, you will manage B2B marketing campaigns (including Account-Based Marketing) for key clients in EMEA, ensuring all work meets objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
As a B2B Marketing Account Manager at Agent3, you will:
- Manage the delivery of various programmes from start to finish, collaborating across teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding their challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales contacts to advise on best approaches and update on progress.
- Support the achievement of commercial growth targets within your accounts, working with senior colleagues.
- Assist in managing team resource allocations to meet project needs.
- Leverage internal expertise and facilitate collaboration across business units.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project briefs to creative teams.
- Track project finances with support from senior team members.
You will bring:
- At least 2 years of client-facing delivery experience in a B2B marketing agency or in-house B2B marketing role. (Open to senior Account Executives ready for the next career step.)
- Strong time and project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple programmes.
- Experience advising clients on approaches, constructively challenging briefs, and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- A proactive, initiative-driven, and collaborative approach to programmes and tasks.
