In addition, we deliver game-changing market transformation programmes for our clients that change the way they position in the market, how they communicate and how they go to market through re-engineering how they use data, creativity and technology.

Role overview

We’re looking for a B2B MarketingAccount Manager to join our EMEA client services team. Based in London, with hybrid working options, and reporting into one of our Senior Account Directors, you will manage B2B marketing campaigns (including Account-Based Marketing) for some of our key clients in EMEA, ensuring all work meets their objectives and is delivered on time and to a high standard.

As a B2B MarketingAccount Manager at Agent3, you will:

Manage the delivery of a range of programmes from start to finish, working with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations

Be an essential contact for clients, showing empathy for their challenges and opportunities

Work with both marketing and sales contacts to advise them on the best approach and keep them up to date on progress

Support with meeting commercial growth targets within your accounts, working with senior colleagues

Help manage the team's resource allocations, so the right people are in place to meet the needs of client projects

Leverage the expertise of our internal team and facilitate collaboration and clear communication across different business units

Author and deliver detailed project briefs to creative teams

Effectively track project finances with support from senior client service team members

You will bring:

2+ years of client-facing delivery experience within a B2B marketing agency, or an in-house B2B marketing role. (We are open to senior Account Executives who are ready for the next step in their career)

Time and project management capabilities, allowing you to prioritise competing requests and juggle multiple programme deliverables

Experience advising customers on the best approach available, constructively challenging client briefs where required, and bringing together teams to achieve amazing work

A proactive approach to driving programmes, bringing initiative and collaboration to both internal and client-facing tasks
