B2B Luxury Product Field Account Manager

Southern Territory – Gloucester or Dorset Based

THE COMPANY:

Join a globally respected luxury interiors brand as a Field Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth across the UK. This role involves representing a premium product, working with top-tier retailers, and being the face of a heritage brand known for exceptional quality.

Your responsibilities include managing and growing retailer relationships and channels across the South-West by developing existing partnerships and forging new ones.

THE FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
  • Partner with the Sales Director to shape and deliver the UK commercial strategy
  • Own relationships with major retail partners to ensure the brand remains prominent
  • Expand brand visibility by increasing in-store presence and floor space
  • Identify new sales channels and explore new territories
  • Train and motivate retail staff with product knowledge sessions in-store and at the UK factory
  • Gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development
  • Analyze sales performance regionally and take actions to maximize opportunities
  • Report on regional activities with insights and updates in a timely manner
THE PERSON:

This role suits candidates with experience as a Field Account Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Account Manager, National Account Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar, particularly in luxury products and B2B sales.

Required skills include exceptional communication, effective time management for overseeing a large territory, and the ability to handle both account management and new business development.
