Job summary

Fitness Superstore is hiring a Commercial Sales Development Manager at Northampton Head Office, with UK travel. This senior, hands-on role leads and grows our B2B fitness equipment business and turns it into a major revenue stream.

You will own the B2B channel, win key accounts across gyms, corporates, hospitality, education, and public sector, and work with store teams to convert commercial leads into products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in fitness equipment or similar capital equipment.
• Track record of winning and growing B2B accounts with longer sales cycles.
• Strong business development mindset and pipeline building skills.
• Commercial and strategic thinking with ability to plan revenue growth.
• Influential communicator capable of negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborative leader able to guide store teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the B2B channel with clear commercial strategy.
• Identify, approach and win new business from gyms, corporates and public sector.
• Lead business development, tender responses, and client proposals.
• Leverage the retail footprint to generate B2B leads and support stores.
• Shape the product portfolio and negotiate supplier terms.
• Track performance, margins and pipeline, reporting to MD.
