  • Maintain engagement via WeChat groups and in-person visits to reduce churn.

3. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

  • Monitor local 餐饮 industry dynamics (e.g., new store openings, ownership changes) to capture opportunities.

4. Data-Driven Performance
