Position: B2B Digital Marketing Executive
Location:
Basildon, Essex (Onsite)
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00
Salary: £25,000 £30,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role

RGH-Global is working with a long-established UK-based importer and distributor to find a talented B2B Digital Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business and take ownership of digital campaigns that drive real results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Campaign Management Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO, display).
  • Social media Grow and engage audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Email Marketing Create segmented campaigns using Mailchimp to nurture leads and retain clients.
  • Content Creation Write blogs, newsletters, and social posts, support with product photography and video.
  • Website & SEO Maintain and optimise websites using Adobe Commerce and CMS platforms.
  • Analytics Use GA4, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to track performance and improve ROI.
  • Collaboration Work with sales, design, and e-commerce teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Branding Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels.
  • Innovation Stay ahead of digital trends and suggest new strategies.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in multi-channel digital marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Degree or qualification in Marketing/Digital Marketing (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media, PPC, SEO, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); photography/video editing a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
