Job Description:

PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, which consists of four members dedicated to building our agency's brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative concepts to executing them effectively and amplifying their reach across our target audience. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams to leverage their expertise in our marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment to tell our story effectively.

Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

The Role:

Project Management

  • Maintain the agency’s marketing calendar, including social media schedules, podcasts, awards, and events, collaborating across teams to capture upcoming activities.
  • Develop social media strategies with influencer team colleagues to target new business prospects, industry partners, and potential employees.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging social media content, using tools like Canva, Capcut, and Descript.
  • Write social media posts and long-form content such as blogs.
  • Coordinate with the Studio team and external freelancers to produce showreels, animations, and complex content.

Social Media Management

  • Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track trends on our social channels.

Podcast Support

  • Assist with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and amplifying content for our influencer podcast, What They Said.

Email and CRM

  • Use Mailchimp for newsletters and event invitations.
  • Update and segment our email contact database.

Website and Online Content

  • Manage website content via WordPress, optimize for SEO, and gather content such as testimonials and case studies.
  • Coordinate with web developers for updates and run paid Google Ads with support from paid media specialists.
  • Upload content to partner sites like The Drum, Little Black Book, and Creative Brief.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and optimize content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Produce coverage reports and contribute to activity summaries for leadership.
