PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, a dedicated group focused on building the agency’s brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and talent.

The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative concepts to ensuring top-quality execution and amplification across target audiences. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment.

Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Maintaining the agency’s marketing calendar, developing social media plans, and coordinating with teams.
• Content Creation: Developing social media content, writing posts and blogs, and collaborating with the Studio and freelancers on multimedia content.
• Social Media Management: Managing paid campaigns and community engagement.
• Podcast Support: Assisting with production, scheduling, and promotion of the "What They Said" podcast.
• Email & CRM: Sending newsletters, managing contact databases, and segmenting lists.
• Website & Online Content: Managing website content, SEO, and running paid Google Ads.
• Analysis & Reporting: Tracking performance metrics, producing reports, and summarizing activity for leadership.
