PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to join our Growth Team in Bedford, UK. This team of four works to build the agency's brand, showcase our work, and attract new clients and top talent.

The role involves creating engaging content, developing creative concepts, and ensuring effective amplification across target audiences. The position reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience in consumer PR, influencer, or experiential sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Maintain the agency’s marketing schedule, develop social media plans, and coordinate with teams to capture upcoming work and industry activities.
• Content Creation: Produce social media content, write posts and blogs, and collaborate on showreels and animations with external freelancers.
• Social Media & Campaigns: Manage paid social campaigns via LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta, and handle community engagement.
• Podcast Support: Assist with the production and promotion of the "What They Said" podcast.
• Email & CRM: Use Mailchimp for newsletters and manage contact databases.
• Website & Online Presence: Manage content on WordPress, optimize for SEO, and coordinate website updates and paid Google Ads.
• Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance, produce reports, and contribute to leadership summaries.
