Job summary

Expedia Group in London is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive data-driven strategy across Expedia B2B. You will lead a team of analytics managers and senior analysts, partnering with VP/SVP stakeholders to shape multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You’ll apply advanced analytics, ML concepts, and statistical methods to deliver business impact and inform product decisions. You will recruit, develop, and coach talent, foster collaboration with data engineering and product teams,

Qualifications

• PhD, Master's, or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
• 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or comparable role
• 4+ years of experience managing analytical teams
• Proven track record delivering multi-year roadmaps with measurable business impact
• Expert-level SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, R, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytics managers and senior analysts
• Partner with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to influence strategic direction
• Oversee multi-year analytics roadmaps and programs
• Apply advanced analytics, ML concepts, and statistical methods to drive business impact
