The Role

Czech/Slovakian B2B Cold Calling – Lead Generation (No Sales)

Remote | Freelance | Flexible Hours

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced B2B cold-calling professionals who are native speakers of Czech or Slovakian. You will join our international client in the industrial components distribution industry. Your role will focus on reaching out to past leads and potential users for lead generation purposes – no sales involved. This is a remote, part-time freelance opportunity with a flexible schedule and full training provided.

  • Start Date: April 20, 2025
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week between 9 AM – 5 PM CEST

Your Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to both cold and warm leads
  • Reconnect with registered users and gather updated insights
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (calls, outcomes, notes)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project goals

Ideal Profile

Required Skills & Experience

  • Native-level fluency in Czech or Slovakian
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in B2B calling, inside sales, or call center roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a professional home office setup
