The Role at a Glance:

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes Office Based / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 Base c£50,000 OTE

Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Business Development Executive – Drive Growth, Build Relationships, and Make an Impact!

Are you a natural go-getter with a passion for sales and relationship-building? As our Business Development Executive, you'll be at the heart of driving new business - sparking connections, turning leads into loyal clients, and nurturing long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Generating & converting leads – Identifying new opportunities and turning them into lasting client relationships.
  2. Sales pitches & proposals – Delivering engaging presentations that showcase our services and value.
  3. Building strong connections – Developing relationships with clients and introducers to drive repeat business.
  4. Networking & events – Attending industry events to expand our reach and uncover new leads.
  5. Tracking & reporting – Keeping tabs on sales performance and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Staying sharp – Keeping up to date with industry developments to fine-tune your approach.

About you:
  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a conveyancing or estate agency business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in using systems and technology.
  6. Ability to build internal relationships with the conveyancing teams to support the external sales targets.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills.
  8. Proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
