Location: Milton Keynes Office Based / Hybrid
Salary: £35,000 Base c£50,000 OTE

  5. Tracking & reporting – Keeping tabs on sales performance and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Staying sharp – Keeping up to date with industry developments to fine-tune your approach.

About you:
  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a conveyancing or estate agency business-to-business (B2B) environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficiency in using systems and technology
  6. Ability to build internal relationships with the conveyancing teams to support the external sales targets
  7. Strong problem-solving skills
  8. Proactive ‘can do” attitude
