Job summary

• Design and deliver learning activities across Social Security Scotland.
• Develop and design the organisation's portfolio of learning offerings by mapping flexible learning plans for new and existing colleagues across operational learning, management capabilities and continuous development.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Social Security Scotland and other Scottish Government departments.

This temporary role is part of the Organisational Design and Development team, which plays a key role within Social Security Scotland's People Services function, designing and delivering learning activities across Social Security Scotland. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of colleagues in different roles across Social Security Scotland and other Scottish Government departments.

In this role, you will develop and design the organisations portfolio of learning offerings by mapping flexible learning plans for new and existing colleagues across operational learning, management capabilities and continuous development.
