Job summary

ANT Recruitment Ltd is supporting a UK rotary-wing aviation organisation in appointing an Avionics Engineer/Technician in Northamptonshire. The role focuses on developing helicopter avionics expertise and progressing toward a UK CAA Part-66 B2 licence within a professional maintenance environment.

You will work alongside experienced licensed engineers, handling scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with strict adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an aircraft-maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and avionics systems.
• Strong fault-finding ability.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under supervision.
• Assist with diagnosis and rectification of avionics faults.
• Inspect, test and maintain aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
• Complete maintenance tasks per approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical and maintenance records.
• Support aircraft inspections and defect investigations.
• Comply with UK CAA regulations and company requirements.
• Maintain high safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with licensed engineers and planning teams.
