Strong handovers matter. You'll record deferred defects, make sure required spares are ordered and leave clear verbal and documented information for the next shift.

You will bring at least three years' operational experience in a line maintenance environment, alongside a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and confidence using IT-based reporting and recording systems.
You communicate issues clearly to management, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and stay focused on internal and external customers when operational pressure rises.
You're flexible when deadlines or operational problems change the plan, and you're comfortable challenging existing approaches and contributing to practical improvements.
Different experiences and perspectives make stronger engineering teams. We want you to bring your judgement, your curiosity and your own way of solving problems, while sharing the same commitment to safety, quality and looking out for the people around you.
