Job summary

2Excel is seeking experienced B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers to join our Boscombe Down team supporting the FCAS programme. You will perform airworthiness tasks on Boeing 757 aircraft, conduct inspections, and certify work to Part 66 and Part 145 standards.

The role requires the ability to work to tight schedules, hold UK security clearance, and be prepared to travel to other 2Excel sites. A competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and pension benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• CAA Part 66 B1/B2 Licence required.
• Experience with large aircraft essential.
• Experience in a Part 145 MRO environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the 757 aircraft.
• Troubleshoot faults in aircraft systems, avionics and components.
• Carry out certification and release to service as a B1/B2 Licensed Engineer.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Flexibility to work at other 2Excel sites as needed.
